Iâl Bakery, nestled within Iâl Restaurant at Coleg Cambria in Wrexham, offers freshly baked goods crafted by lead baker and patisserie chef Naomi Spaven and baker and pastry chef Ella Muddiman. Both Naomi and Ella were finalists for the Rising Star accolade at the 2024 Baking Industry Awards, showcasing their dedication and talent in the baking industry. 

The bakers make a range of products including sourdough, focaccia, ciabatta, baps, bloomers, traybakes, cookies, afternoon tea and much more.

Iâl Bakery is committed to sustainability and quality, sourcing ingredients locally and supporting the Welsh and European Farm to Fork strategy. 

Their creations are available at Iâl Restaurant, which offers a contemporary dining experience in the heart of Wrexham. The bakes can also be found at a number of local cafes and restaurants across Wrexham.

We have been buying our sourdough loaves from Ial Bakery for 18 months now and they are perfect for our cafe which specialises in grilled cheese sandwiches and Welsh rarebit.
